At Next Generation Training Center, there is no chance that you are going to see a ton of cardio equipment. We have a much better (and to be honest…a lot more fun) way to do “cardio”. Our Metabolic Sessions are our version of cardio. This is the time that you are going to burn a ton of calories, get your metabolism jacked up, and give you all the benefits of cardio training.
Strength Sessions are total body…All the time. These workouts are our #1 priority to decrease body fat, increase lean muscle, and boost your metabolism. You are going to use weights that are challenging to you and everyone is at their own pace, but we promise that we will push you every day to lift a little bit more than you did the week before.
When it comes to Sports Performance, I philosophy is simple: Provide our athletes with the most effective, up-to-date education, training techniques, technology, and coaching in a motivating manner…Bottom line is that we get RESULTS!!!
